I bought Kurlon mattress on Jun 14, 2012 from Haryana handloom Vidyaranyapura bangalore Klassic /billed amount 18264/-. Product came to my home and we started using it. With in 8 months of usage we found that form/sponge of the mattress is coming out as stitching on one side of mattress is gone. We immediately called customer care in March 2013 and complaint was filed no tn40865. A person came after 5-6 days and he inspected and took the photocopy of bill. He verified and told that it was a defect of loose stitching and as the mattress is under warranty and from factory lorry will come and stitching will get rectified free of cost. He told we should wait for 5 days as lorry comes only once in 10-15 days. We agreed and waited. Nothing happened. We reminded customer care multiple times but guys sitting there dont have any information about the status.
After 6-7 reminders and waiting for 2+ months, I called head of customer care Ms Chitra. She asked me complaint number and told that this is a stitching defect and kurlon company can not do any thing in this matter as stitching doesnt come under guarantee. She also told that inspection person has left the company so we dont know why he committed. When I asked why this wrong information was passed on by the inspection guy she was unable to answer. I also asked why there is no information passed to the customer. She had no answer., She was sticking to one point, I can send you guarantee card. Please read it. Surprised to see the working of such a brand company.
Please never ever use the products from Kurlon because if something goes wrong, GOD can only save you.
